We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely
happy with your software licence, we offer a straightforward refund process
within 30 calendar days of purchase.
Eligibility
The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date (shown on your receipt).
The licence key must still be active and not previously revoked or resold.
You must provide the original purchase email address and order ID.
Refunds apply to first‑time purchases only—renewals, upgrades, and add‑ons are not refundable unless required by law.
Exceptions
We cannot grant a refund if:
The request is made after the 30‑day window.
Evidence shows the licence has been used to generate multiple free trials or otherwise breach the end‑user licence agreement (EULA).
The order was purchased through a third‑party marketplace (please contact that marketplace’s support instead).
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@d-it.co.za with the subject line Refund Request – Order #<your‑order‑id>.
Include your full name, order ID, purchase email, and a brief reason for the refund (helps us improve).
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and usually process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
Effect of Refund
Your licence will be revoked immediately upon refund approval.
You must uninstall and cease all use of the software and any associated services.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
