30‑Day Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Snaps Of Apps (“weâ€, “ourâ€, “usâ€).
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely
happy with your software licence, we offer a straightforward refund process
within 30 calendar days of purchase.
Eligibility
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date (shown on your receipt).
- The licence key must still be active and not previously revoked or resold.
- You must provide the original purchase email address and order ID.
- Refunds apply to first‑time purchases only—renewals, upgrades, and add‑ons are not refundable unless required by law.
Exceptions
We cannot grant a refund if:
- The request is made after the 30‑day window.
- Evidence shows the licence has been used to generate multiple free trials or otherwise breach the end‑user licence agreement (EULA).
- The order was purchased through a third‑party marketplace (please contact that marketplace’s support instead).
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@d-it.co.za with the subject line Refund Request – Order #<your‑order‑id>.
- Include your full name, order ID, purchase email, and a brief reason for the refund (helps us improve).
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and usually process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
Effect of Refund
- Your licence will be revoked immediately upon refund approval.
- You must uninstall and cease all use of the software and any associated services.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
